Responsibilities

Supervise departmental operations including service, food procurement, production, and sanitation.
Manage and train food service staff, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
Facilitate communication across departments and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Oversee vendor relationships and ensure compliance with contracts and standards.
Develop monthly budgets and manage inventory and procurement processes.
Ensure efficient food supply and service during emergencies.
Analyze quality control surveys and implement improvements for better service delivery.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in food service or a related field.
Minimum of two (2) years in a leadership role.
ServSafe Manager Certification or equivalent.

Preferences

Associate's degree in Food Service Management.
Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or Dietetic Services Supervisor (DSS) certification.
Experience with PC-based tools and Microsoft Office applications.
