Director Of Food and Beverage

Directs the overall operation of the Food & Beverage Department.Requires a blend managerial ability, polished communication skills, and customer service excellence. Their daily responsibilities are diverse and demand the ability to adapt to various challenges and ensure a smooth and successful operation within the different establishments in Circus Circus, Silver Legacy and El Dorado Casinos.Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and writtenStrong organizational and analytical skillsMust possess strong financial analysis and cost control techniquesCapable of designing and engineering menusExceptional organizational development and personnel assessment/development skills.Must be able to partner with the senior management team and contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiativesMust have excellent guest service skills, be people-oriented and tactful when resolving problems with difficult guests.
