Requirements:

✅ Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
✅ Minimum 2 years of acute care RN experience
✅ BLS, ACLS, PALS & NIHSS certifications required
✅ Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree (ASN)

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and reassessments
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care
• Administer medications and treatments safely
• Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to clinical changes
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge care
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Delegate and supervise patient care activities as appropriate
• Support quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Mentor and collaborate with nursing staff to promote excellent patient care
