ROLE DESCRIPTION

The Erway Agency is looking for a relationship-focused and motivated Account Manager to join our Larned team.

As an Account Manager, you’ll play an important role in taking care of our existing customers while helping grow the agency. You’ll build strong relationships, conduct policy reviews, identify customer needs, and help make sure each customer has the right protection in place as their life changes.

This role is a great fit for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, communicates confidently, and is comfortable combining excellent customer service with needs-based sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

• Conduct regular insurance and coverage reviews.

• Identify changes in customer needs and recommend appropriate products and coverage.

• Help customers understand their insurance options and make confident decisions.

• Assist with policy changes, billing questions, claims-related needs, and other service requests.

• Proactively follow up with customers to improve retention and identify additional needs.

• Resolve customer concerns and coordinate with other team members when needed.

• Help grow customer accounts through needs-based conversations and recommendations.

• Maintain accurate and organized customer information.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Customer service, sales, or account management experience preferred.

• Comfortable discussing insurance products and making recommendations.

• Goal-oriented and willing to participate in sales conversations.

• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.

• Ability to solve problems and manage multiple customer needs.

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.

• Insurance licensing preferred; ability to obtain required state insurance licenses is necessary.
