Director of Nursing

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Director of Nursing to lead our skilled nursing home team at Sullivan Healthcare & Senior Living in Sullivan, IL. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality nursing care, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a positive work environment that promotes excellence and compassion.

About the Role

As a Director of Nursing , you will be responsible for:

Overseeing the daily operations of our skilled nursing home, including resident care, staffing, and budget management
Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
Developing and implementing policies and procedures to promote quality care and improve outcomes
Collaborating with the leadership team to achieve strategic goals and mission objectives
Providing guidance and mentorship to our nursing team, promoting professional development and growth
Participating in quality improvement initiatives and performance improvement projects

Requirements

Current RN or Bachelor's degree in Nursing Administration, Nursing Education, or a related field
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
