Landscaper – Maintenance & Installation Crew

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and responsible landscaper to join our landscape maintenance and installation crew.

This is a physically demanding, hands-on position working outdoors. We are looking for someone who shows up on time, works well with a crew, follows directions, and takes pride in doing quality work.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to reliably report to scheduled job sites/work locations
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in Arizona heat
• Must be dependable and able to show up on time and ready to work
• Must be able to work well as part of a crew
• Landscaping or construction experience is preferred, but we are willing to consider the right hardworking candidate

Job Duties May Include

• Landscape maintenance and cleanups
• Irrigation and sprinkler work
• Paver and hardscape installation
• Artificial turf installation
• Planting trees, shrubs, and plants
• Rock, gravel, and soil installation
• Digging, trenching, hauling, and general labor
• Loading and unloading tools and materials
• Keeping job sites and equipment clean and organized
