Customer Service Representative

Job Title: Customer Service Representative Duration: 3-month contract with high possibility for extension Location: Miccosukee, FL - Onsite The position is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. Short Description: Customer Service Specialists needed to answer calls from Florida high school and college students concerning Florida scholarships and grants. (This will renew for next fiscal year). Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent. Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
