Wilson Medical Center $20,000 Commitment - Incentive Bonus Schedule: 3x12 (7p‑7a) rotating weekends/rotating holidays Job Location Type: In-person Your experience matters About the Unit Join our team in a 19‑bed Adult Behavioral Health Unit staffed with RNs, CNAs, Mental Health Technicians, Social Work Therapists, Recreational Therapists and Psychiatric Providers. Our unit treats a variety of diagnoses including Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) and Substance Use Disorder (SUD). Patients may present with psychosis, suicidal ideation, homicidal ideation, mania or exacerbations of mental illness. This role offers an opportunity to work collaboratively in a supportive environment focused on providing quality care and support to individuals experiencing behavioral health crises. Qualifications Current state Registered Nurse (RN) license and a degree from an accredited nursing school. Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire.
