Its technology helps investment banks, private equity firms, and other financial institutions automate the research, analysis, and creation of complex materials, allowing professionals to spend less time gathering information and creating first drafts and more time on higher-value work. The platform combines financial expertise with advanced AI and software engineering to uncover insights and produce sophisticated work that would otherwise require significant manual effort.As a Software Engineer, you'll have full ownership of projects from conception through deployment in a highly fluid and fast-paced startup environment. You'll build and scale user-friendly applications while contributing to a broad range of technical initiatives, from longer-term research and product innovation to day-to-day bug fixes and improvements. You'll also work directly with customer feedback, help prioritize workstreams, and apply a critical eye to the quality and accuracy of AI-generated outputs.This is a highly autonomous role where you'll be expected to help shape not only individual features but the broader direction of an expanding AI platform. You'll work closely with a motivated team to develop new technology and applications that deliver accurate, robust, and scalable solutions for demanding financial-services customers. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating without a predefined playbook, takes ownership from idea through production, and is excited to continuously learn about the rapidly evolving generative AI landscape.The team works entirely in person in Manhattan, New York City, four days per week, with Fridays remote.
