This is an opportunity for an attorney who is comfortable handling significant injury matters, taking ownership of cases, and advocating for clients through litigation and resolution.The ideal candidate will have a strong plaintiff personal injury background and the ability to independently manage cases while working alongside an experienced team of attorneys and legal professionals.What You'll HandleManage a caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters from intake through resolutionHandle significant injury and wrongful death casesDevelop case strategy and evaluate liability, damages, and potential recoveryConduct and defend depositionsDraft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documentsNegotiate with opposing counsel and insurance carriersParticipate in mediations and settlement discussionsPrepare cases for trial and participate in trial proceedingsWork directly with clients, experts, medical providers, and other case professionalsCollaborate with other attorneys and staff to develop strong case strategiesMaintain consistent communication with clients throughout the life of their casesIdeal BackgroundActive Washington State Bar license in good standing5+ years of plaintiff personal injury experienceStrong experience handling litigated personal injury mattersExperience with significant or catastrophic injury and/or wrongful death casesComfortable independently managing a caseloadStrong deposition, negotiation, and motion practice experienceTrial experience strongly preferredExcellent written, verbal, and client communication skillsStrong judgment and ability to develop case strategy independentlyAble to work effectively in a collaborative plaintiff-side environmentWhy Consider This Opportunity?This is an opportunity to join an established plaintiff personal injury practice with a long history of representing injured individuals and their families throughout Washington.The position offers the opportunity to handle meaningful cases, work with an experienced legal team, and continue building a substantial plaintiff-side practice.Interested candidates are encouraged to apply with a resume and brief description of their plaintiff personal injury experience.
