Lube Technician

Russ Darrow Waukesha Kia is looking for a motivated and reliable Quick Lube Technician to join our fast-paced Service team. The role involves performing oil changes and basic vehicle maintenance in our Express Lube Lane, ensuring efficient, accurate, and safe service. You will work closely with Service Advisors to deliver a smooth and positive experience for our customers. Responsibilities Perform multi-point inspection of the vehicle Conduct thorough checks of battery, lights, and tires; refer needed repairs and preventive maintenance to Service Advisor Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including flushes, oil changes, tire rotations, and other maintenance Check tire air pressure and replace tires as needed Conduct 4-wheel alignment on Hunter equipment Execute fluid flushes Operate and maintain all lubrication equipment Provide labor and time estimates for additional repairs Continuously learn new technical information and techniques through formal training sessions to stay updated with rapidly changing technology Qualifications Reasonable knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance Experience as a technician helper, apprentice, or dealership experience is helpful Recent graduates from vocational or tech schools encouraged to apply Valid driver’s license with a clean record Benefits Competitive compensation plans Full benefits package Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match HSA with company contribution PTO from day one Growth and advancement opportunities Continuous training and development #J-18808-Ljbffr RUSS DARROW GROUP
