Medical Front Desk & Patient Care Specialist

Community Care Physicians is hiring a full-time Patient Support Specialist for their Family Practice Clifton Park office. The role is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, with responsibilities including front desk check-in, scheduling, and medical office coordination. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, preferably in a medical setting, and a background as a Medical Secretary is noted.
