• Shift: Day shift (MondayFriday, 7am5pm)
• Hours/week: 40 hours

• Licensing/Certifications: CA Medical License preferred; Board Certified or Eligible within 3 years
• Experience: Prior Urology experience focusing on female urology and pelvic floor reconstruction preferred, but new grads with relevant background may be considered

What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient urology care focusing on female urology and pelvic floor surgery
• Conduct examinations, diagnose and treat urinary and reproductive issues
• Perform pelvic floor reconstructions and related procedures
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to develop treatment plans
• Educate patients on management and preventive care
• Maintain accurate medical documentation
• Participate in calls, with on-call hours onsite during weekday work hours and occasional after-hours or weekend callbacks (averaging 35 times per week)

What You Need

• CA Medical License (or eligibility to obtain one)
• Prior experience in urology, with a focus on female urology and pelvic floor reconstruction preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Board Certified or eligible within 3 years
• Strong interest in pelvic floor disorders and reconstructive urology
