Patient Service Specialist

Leesburg, VA | On-Site | Contract-to-Hire

• Greet patients and manage front desk operations
• Schedule appointments and handle patient check-in/check-out
• Answer inbound calls and assist with scheduling and general inquiries
• Maintain accurate patient records within the EMR system
• Support providers and staff with administrative tasks
• Deliver excellent customer service while balancing phones, patients, and computer work

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience in a receptionist, front desk, medical office, patient service, or administrative role
• Comfortable with data entry, computers, and multitasking
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
• Experience with EMR systems, patient registration, scheduling, or insurance verification is a plus

• Consistent Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends

Schedule

• Mon/Thurs: 10:30 AM-7:00 PM
• Tues: 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
• Wed/Fri: 7:30 AM-4:00 PM

Ideal backgrounds: Medical Receptionist, Patient Service Representative, Front Desk Coordinator, Medical Office Assistant, Patient Access Representative, Administrative Assistant, or Healthcare Customer Service Representative.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Leesburg, VA.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
