Job Summary and Responsibilities

Mercy Medical Group (MMG) , a multi-specialty group with more than 550 healthcare providers in the Sacramento region, is looking to add a BE/BC fellowship-trained Minimally Invasive Surgeon to its Surgery Department. As a part of Dignity Health Medical Foundation, MMG doctors provide services to patients at Dignity Health locations throughout Sacramento, which include four renowned hospitals and numerous multispecialty clinics.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive two-year guarantee ($444,000 - $470,000) with signing bonus and relocation stipend, followed by production-based shareholder opportunity with production and quality bonuses

Job Requirements

• BE/BC General Surgery (ABMS or AOA)
• California Floroscopy License
• Ability to achieve full and unrestricted hospital/surgical privileges at Dignity Health California hospitals
• A passion for providing excellent clinical care in a collaborative team-based setting
• Willing to abide by and promote the values of CommonSpirit Health
• We are unable to support J1/H1B Visa requirement
