Job Details Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate Development, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience). 5+ years of project management experience within commercial construction, real estate development, or design-build environments. Experience managing projects on behalf of a developer or owner is strongly preferred. Proven ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining budgets, schedules, and quality standards. Strong understanding of the complete development process, including preconstruction, permitting, design coordination, procurement, construction, and project closeout. Experience collaborating with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, municipalities, and ownership teams. Ability to review construction drawings, specifications, contracts, schedules, and project budgets. Strong knowledge of project scheduling, cost control, contract administration, risk management, and change order management. Familiarity with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar platforms. Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and relationship-building skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to issue resolution. Ability to travel periodically to project sites as needed. Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working independently within a hybrid work environment.
