About the Team Member role Our Team Members are the secret ingredient that sets us apart. As a Team Member you will greet every guest, create a positive experience, and maintain a safe and clean environment. You’ll work in a fast‑paced bakery service and have the opportunity to grow into higher positions such as Shift Leader or General Manager.
