Job responsibilities:
- Monitor tolerance and outcomes and adjust recommendations based on patient response.
- Document assessments, interventions, and progress in the medical record.
- Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.
- Provide nutrition counseling and education to patients and caregivers as appropriate.
