Responsibilities Position Details: Cardiovascular Surgeon Will be employed under Shasta regional Medical Group hospital owned multi-specialty medical group. Work Schedule: 3 Weeks ON 1 Week OFF Must be available during their ON to go to the hospital Call Schedule: 3 Weeks ON 1 WEEK OFF Cardiothoracic surgery, TAVR, davinci, CABG, AVR, MVR & Triple AAA A sign‑On bonus and relocation allowance will also be given. Shasta Regional Medical Center offers the following cardiac services: (1) WATCHMAN procedure for people with atrial fibrillation not caused by a heart valve problem. (2) CardioMEMS System heart failure monitoring device. Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery Program: (1) Coronary artery bypass grafting (2) Valve repair and replacement (3) Aorta repair (4) Thoracic procedures (5) Vascular procedures (6) Off‑pump (OPCAB) bypass surgery. The current compensation range for this role is $ $462,460-$649,347 . The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
