Product Manager - Media Platform (Onsite) Primary Location: San Francisco, California V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Product Manager - Media Platform for our premier client in San Francisco, California. Education and Experience » Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. 3-5 years of product management experience in marketing technology, media platforms, campaign management, or related digital environments. Understanding of owned media channels (email, SMS, push) and campaign execution workflows. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or similar). Familiarity with campaign personalization, audience segmentation, and A/B testing tools. Experience with analytics tools for tracking media performance and campaign attribution. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities » Campaign Execution Speed: Time from campaign creation to deployment, reflecting platform automation maturity. Delivery Accuracy: Percentage of committed media platform features shipped on time and at quality. Channel Delivery Rate: Successful delivery rate for owned media messages (email, SMS, push) across platforms. Media Platform Uptime: System availability for campaign execution and personalization engines. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Job Responsibilities: Write Features and decompose them into Epics with effort estimates, maintaining demand visibility for quarterly planning. Partner with Engineering on media platform integration, campaign automation tooling, and channel delivery infrastructure. Prepare delivery status inputs for the Sr. Manager of Media's review presentations. Surface risks and blockers through PWG escalation. Own delivery execution for assigned media platform features - from roadmap commitment through sprint delivery - across campaign tools, channel personalization, and media infrastructure. Track whether shipped media platform features improve campaign execution speed, personalization accuracy, and media performance metrics. Interested?
