Clinical Solutions Consultant
Mosai
Clinical Solutions Consultant
The Clinical Solutions Consultant is a clinically trained sales partner who bridges home health and hospice operations with Mosai's technology. This senior individual contributor partners with Sales across the deal cycle to shape strategy, influence clinical and executive buyers, and demonstrate how Mosai drives measurable quality, operational, and financial outcomes. This is a deal-facing, customer-facing role focused primarily on complex and enterprise opportunities, with support for mid-market and SMB deals as needed. The consultant leads clinical discovery, tailors product demonstrations, quantifies value, builds buyer consensus, and provides the clinical credibility that helps opportunities advance. The role does not carry an individual sales quota. The role reports to the Director, Training & Enablement and supports Account Executives and Account Management while partnering cross-functionally with Customer Success, Marketing, Clinical Services, Product, and Data Science.
Job Duties:
- Partner with Sales across the full cycle of discovery, demonstration, ROI/business case, and close in order to shape deal strategy and messaging, with particular focus on complex and enterprise opportunities.
- Lead clinical discovery with clinical leaders and executives to uncover decision drivers related to quality, staffing, reimbursement, workflows, and outcomes; challenge current-state thinking and create urgency.
- Deliver tailored, high-impact product demonstrations aligned to each customer's clinical, operational, and financial priorities, adapting the narrative and demo flow in real time based on audience signals and objections.
- Translate Mosai product capabilities into defensible, outcome-driven value, including hospitalization reduction, LUPA management, SIA optimization, workflow efficiency, and other measurable quality, operational, and financial outcomes.
- Build consensus across clinical and executive stakeholders and work with Account Executives to address clinical objections, advance opportunities, shorten sales cycles, and strengthen customer confidence.
- Use data, benchmarks, and real-world examples to elevate conversations from product features to outcomes and strategic value; contribute reusable clinical use cases, ROI narratives, and sales enablement materials.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Clinical Services on strategic accounts and maintain deep expertise across Mosai's product suite and Clinical Services Center of Excellence standards.
- Translate field insights into actionable feedback for Product and Data Science to inform positioning and roadmap priorities, and support webinars, case studies, events, and other customer-facing thought leadership.
Minimum Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Physical Therapist (PT) / Occupational Therapist (OT) with active licensure.
- 5+ years of experience in home health and/or hospice operations.
- Strong command of clinical, operational, and financial drivers in post-acute care, including HHVBP, PDGM, SIA, and LUPA.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage both clinical and financial/executive audiences.
- Ability to adapt in real time and lead high-stakes customer conversations without relying on a script.
- Highly collaborative, with a strong bias toward action and outcomes.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Experience in healthcare technology, solution selling, or another customer-facing commercial role.
- Experience supporting enterprise or multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Comfort working in a regulated industry and in a private equity-backed or high-growth environment.
- Experience building ROI models or business cases for clinical buyers.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and demo or conversation-intelligence tools.
