Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist II - to support our client's medical facility based in Lake Worth TX 76135. This is a 3-month assignment (Possibility of extension or conversion) opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Pay rate: $19.38/hr-$22.53/hr
Location: Lake Worth TX 76135
Duration: 4-month contract with possible extension
Shift: 8:00AM - 5:00PM Monday-Friday


Certificate of Phlebotomy completion required.


Job Description:
Job Summary:
The Patient Services Representative II (PSR II) serves as the face of the company, interacting directly with patients for routine health visits and critical health decisions. This role involves:

• Drawing quality blood samples from patients and preparing specimens for laboratory testing.
• Ensuring safety, accuracy, and professionalism in every patient interaction.
• Creating an atmosphere of trust and confidence by clearly explaining procedures.
• Following established procedures, confidentiality policies, and process excellence standards.
• Working at doctor's offices, patient service centers, or other locations based on business needs.

Experience:

• 3 years of phlebotomy experience (including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections).
• 2+ years in a Patient Service Center environment (Preferred).
• Customer service experience in a retail or service setting (Preferred).
• Keyboarding/data entry experience (Preferred).
