Traveling Ultrasound Tech / Sonographer

Join our team as an Ultrasound Technologist (Diagnostic Medical Sonographer) where you will operate specialized ultrasound equipment to produce diagnostic images used by physicians to evaluate and treat medical conditions. This travel position is based in Carlsbad, NM at a hospital and requires clinical competence across general, obstetric, and echocardiography ultrasound exams. Minimum 2 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer. Experience with general ultrasound, obstetric (OB) ultrasound, and echocardiography (ECHO). State licensure for New Mexico where applicable. BLS certification. Willingness to take call as required by the facility. Preferred Qualifications: Additional cardiac or specialty ultrasound credentials preferred. Prior hospital-based ultrasound experience preferred. Assignment Details Shift hours: 0800-1630. Workdays: Monday through Friday. Call requirement: 5-7 days of call per month. Travel assignment within the region may require floating to other facilities as needed.
