Respiratory Therapist – Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics
Location Baltimore, MD | Acute Care
Schedule / Job Type Contract | 13 Weeks | Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM) | Every Other Weekend Required | Holidays Required as Scheduled
Key Responsibilities

Provide respiratory therapy care across a diverse patient population including neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
Perform respiratory and neuro diagnostic procedures in accordance with scope of practice
Float within the respiratory therapy specialty and to all care areas as needed to support RRT coverage
Adhere to scheduling requirements including every other weekend and holidays as they fall
Maintain compliance with all facility policies, onboarding requirements, and certification standards —

CRT or RRT, BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), and PALS (AHA) are required
Required Qualifications

Active CRT or RRT credential required
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required — American Heart Association (AHA) only
Minimum 2 years of experience required; first-time travelers with strong pediatric and adult experience will be considered
Active Maryland state license or applicable compact license required at time of submission
Must maintain permanent address at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
Candidates must be comfortable floating within scope to all care areas with no restrictions
Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience working with neonatal and pediatric patient populations
Prior travel therapy experience in an acute care or hospital setting
Familiarity with neuro diagnostics in addition to respiratory therapy
