Personal Banking Advisor

Citizens is seeking a customer service representative in Rhode Island to greet customers in lobbies and demonstrate how to use our mobile app or ATMs for simple transactions. You will deliver personalized advice, help customers reach financial goals, and connect them to Bankers for next steps. Adherence to policies and cash handling procedures is required.
