Analyze complex financial data to support business strategies and decision-making Prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts, and budgets Conduct risk assessments, variance analyses, and performance tracking Collaborate cross-functionally to provide actionable financial insights Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders Continuously identify areas for improvement and contribute to strategic planning Skills You’ll Nail (Requirements) 3–5+ years of financial analysis experience, ideally within the construction or project-based industries Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for interpreting complex financial data and delivering actionable insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills to confidently convey findings and influence decision-making. Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis and reporting. Proven organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a dynamic, high-impact environment.
