This position is primarily responsible for providing excellent guest service in a friendly and welcoming manner.

X-Golf is rapidly expanding and we are looking for part time and full time experienced servers effective immediately. Associates will be responsible for serving food and drinks (both alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages) as well as general oversight of the golf simulators, golf leagues and overall customer satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Performs opening and closing duties.

Takes direction.

Assists with job duties necessary to the functioning of the restaurant.

Efficient, timely, Responsible.

Provides support for other team members.

Sets up/Breakdown assigned duty stations, maintain side work.

Maintains cleanliness, well organized, stocking products.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.

REASONING ABILITY:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

COMPUTER SKILLS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of TMX/POS software.

Excellent guest service skills, responsible, personable, passionate, reliable, dependable, punctual and excited about being in the business. Great at multi tasking, accustomed to working in a fast paced environment, attention to detail and presentation, ability to keep workstation clean and organized, must enjoy being part of a team and working with the public.
