Med Tech Swing Shift - The Springs at Sunnyside

The Springs at Sunnyside is hiring an experienced Medication Technician (Med Tech) to help residents live safely, comfortably, and with dignity. Open Schedule: Thursday to Sunday 2pm - 10pm What You’ll Do Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor residents and report changes in condition Document medication administration using eMAR systems Take and record vital signs Perform delegated tasks such as blood glucose monitoring and insulin administration, as assigned Communicate with nurses, physicians, pharmacies, and team members Respond to resident needs and emergencies Maintain accurate records and medication storage procedures Support caregivers and contribute to a positive team environment Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Previous Med Tech, Medication Aide, Caregiver, or senior living experience preferred Experience with electronic medication administration records (eMAR) preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Current CPR and First Aid certification, or ability to obtain after hire Ability to pass a pre‑employment background check and drug screening Physical Requirements Stand and walk for extended periods Lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds Bend, kneel, squat, reach, and assist residents safely throughout the shift Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation and sick time Scholarship and educational assistance programs Career growth and training opportunities Employee wellness resources #J-18808-Ljbffr The Springs Living, LLC
