About the Role

We are seeking a Sign Installer Assistant/General Laborer to support our installation team in the field and with shop organization.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, working outdoors, and learning a skilled trade. You will assist experienced installers with sign installations, while developing into the role of an installer, and helping keep our shop organized and running smoothly.

Every day is different—some days you'll be helping mount signage on job sites, other days you'll be staging materials and supporting shop operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with  installation of interior and exterior signage
• Support installers working on  ladders and lift equipment
• Load, unload, and transport signs, tools, and materials
• Prepare signs and hardware for installation
• Maintain shop organization and clean work areas
• Stage materials for upcoming installation projects
• Follow all job site and shop  safety procedures
• Support general shop productivity and workflow
• Support sign production as needed

Requirements

• Comfortable  working at heights and on ladders
• Ability to  lift up to 25 lbs regularly
• Willing to  work outdoors year-round
• Reliable and punctual
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Experience in construction, installation, or trades work is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right person.

Work Schedule & Benefits

Full-Time

Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Base Salary $18.00 to $30.00 an hour, depending on experience.
