Are you a warm, organized, and service-driven professional who enjoys creating exceptional experiences for others? Haig Point Club & Community is looking for a Reservationist to join our team and become the welcoming voice behind our world-class member and guest experiences.

What You'll Do:
- Serve as the first point of contact for members and guests seeking reservations and information.
- Manage reservations for dining, golf, activities, transportation, accommodations, and special events.
- Provide prompt, professional, and personalized service over the phone, email, and other communication platforms.
- Maintain accurate records and reservation details within club systems.
- Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure seamless member and guest experiences.
- Anticipate needs, resolve concerns with professionalism, and uphold Haig Point's high standards of hospitality.
What We're Looking For:
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in hospitality, reservations, customer service, or a private club environment is preferred.
- Proficiency with computer systems and reservation software is a plus.
