2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Monday-Friday + Occasional Saturdays

• Assemble fans and components for cutting-edge data center equipment
• Use hand and power tools
• Follow quality and safety standards
• Work with a supportive team to meet production goals
• Contribute to products powering today's technology infrastructure

• Assembly experience is helpful but not required
• Mechanical aptitude preferred
• Electrical experience is a plus
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift during shift
• Dependable and willing to work overtime when needed
• Safety-toed shoes required

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Smith, AR.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
