The Ford Agency is actively recruiting for a Part-Time Facilities Assistant to join an advocacy focused think tank in Washington, DC. This role will oversee day-to-day office operations of common areas, ensuring the staff has a seamless experience. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to showcase their exceptional organization skills in a fast-paced environment. This is a part time role working 25 hours per week, every day in office 8:30am-1:30pm.

Responsibilities Include:
• Oversee daily office operations of common areas including reception, conference rooms, pantry, and smaller meeting rooms
• Ensure all office and meeting areas are organized, and appropriately set up
• Maintain organizational system for supply areas
• Support with special events, and ad-hoc projects
• Coordinate with internal teams, and outside vendors as needed

Qualifications Include:
• Engaged and motivated work style
• Strong attention to detail and high level of organization
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to lift up to 20lbs, and handle light physical work

Compensation:
• $20/hr DOE

Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
