Customer Experience Representative

Job Summary As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing customers. You will support customers with service orders and billing analysis, offering creative resolutions and connecting clients with the right products and services. Primary Duties & Responsibilities Provide customer service for all customers. Possess strong telecommunications skills; balance multiple, complex, time‑sensitive duties. Handle challenging interpersonal situations with flexibility to create positive change. Exhibit strong face‑to‑face, written, and verbal communication skills. Diffuse difficult customer situations. Required Experience & Knowledge Two years of experience in direct or related industry. Associate degree in business or equivalent education and experience. Interact with complex database and management systems supporting customers. Effective communication and excellent interpersonal skills. Familiarity with bookkeeping practices and data management. Detail‑oriented problem solver with experience improving processes.
