What You'll Do

HR Operations & Employee Support

• Serve as a trusted resource for employees and leaders on payroll, benefits, policies, and HR processes.
• Administer payroll and employee benefits while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain employee records and support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Assist managers with employee relations, coaching, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• Lead full-cycle recruiting and partner with hiring managers to attract top talent.
• Coordinate and enhance the onboarding experience for new employees.
• Support and expand the company's internship program.
• Represent the company at career fairs and develop relationships with local high schools, technical colleges, and universities.

HR Programs & Continuous Improvement

• Partner with HR leadership to develop and implement employee engagement, retention, performance management, and development initiatives.
• Lead projects from planning through execution while driving communication and adoption.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and create efficiencies.
• Use employee feedback and data to recommend new ideas and improvements.

Culture & Employee Engagement

• Help foster a positive workplace culture through employee recognition, wellness initiatives, engagement activities, and company events.
• Support programs that reinforce our core values and create an exceptional employee experience.

Compliance & Administrative Support

• Ensure HR practices comply with employment laws and company policies.
• Assist with HR audits, mandatory reporting, and safety initiatives.
• Support general office administration, company events, supply ordering, and special projects as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of Human Resources experience.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration, and payroll.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices; multi-state experience is a plus.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or similar certification preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel; experience with UKG is a plus.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Ability to travel occasionally to branch locations and recruiting events.
