Benefits of Joining Impact Fire Services Competitive compensation Pay on a weekly cycle, every Friday Competitive benefits, including healthcare, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off and holidays Company‑paid short and long‑term disability Immediate vesting in our 401(k) company match Shared Ownership Program offering a monetary bonus aligned with the company’s long‑term success Exceptional guidance and support from managers Collaborative culture and environment Robust training opportunities with company reimbursement upon achieving required licensing Apprenticeship programs for fire sprinkler, fire alarm, and inspection positions Opportunity to work alongside top talent in the fire protection industry ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee all fire sprinkler projects Manage job cost and project scheduling Work with designers to complete and submit designs, including job surveys Follow up and manage permits for projects Report weekly to the GM with project updates Oversee the fire sprinkler superintendent Coordinate and process contract job change orders Understand design and layout of fire sprinkler systems Coordinate installation across trades Manage cost and understand budgets REQUIRED EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS General sprinkler knowledge Experience in fire sprinkler installation or design Excellent verbal and written communication skills SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee installation labor on assigned projects Up to a $5,000 sign‑on bonus based on experience. Successful completion of a drug test and pre‑employment background screening is required. Motor vehicle records checks are required for all driving positions.
