You will speak to participants to get feedback, manage your resources needed for the activities, and deliver fun, safe activities while on time and under budget. This positions main focus is to deliver meaningful, social, physical and enjoyable activities to all individuals in our community, while maintaining their highest level of functioning by providing an array of activities./ppMajor Duties Responsibilities:/pulliWe realize continuity of care is important, however all staff is expected to be flexible in the event assignments need to be changed/liliAware of and lives out Villas Mission of Values: Faith, Integrity, Excellence, Compassionate service and Respect to all/liliPlanning and facilitating daily, weekly and monthly events/liliImplementing activities that accommodate those with special needs such as hearing or seeing impairment and or any other limitations they may have/liliObservation of participation/liliDocumentation daily/liliMonthly or Quarterly progress notes are required/liliProviding participants with instructions for the event including staff or volunteers helpers/liliAdhering and enforcing all safety procedures/liliCNA License Required/li/ul/div
