Transformation Program Manager

Lead and evolve transformation initiatives as the organization matures

Define where work originates and establish a clear intake and prioritization model

Build and operationalize a scalable operating model across multiple brands

Serve as both PMO leader and Head of Transformation, owning execution and strategic alignment

Opportunity to separate deployment/delivery ownership if the individual proves strong in the role

Key Responsibilities

Stand up and lead transformation programs across cross-functional teams

Create clarity around initiative intake, ownership, and prioritization

Design and implement operating models for multi-brand/product environments

Simplify processes and improve visibility into workstreams and progress

Ensure initiatives are tracked, on time, and aligned to business goals

Drive accountability across teams without adding unnecessary process overhead

Partner with stakeholders across product, operations, and leadership

Profile / What They're Looking For

10+ years of experience in PMO, transformation, or program leadership roles

Experience operating in highly complex environments (e.g., multiple products, brands, or business units 9+ product lines)

Proven ability to manage cross-functional complexity end-to-end

Strong change management mindset (practical, execution-focusednot theoretical)

Comfortable creating structure without over-engineering processes

Background in modern, agile environments (not overly traditional PMO)

Ability to simplify, streamline, and drive clarity at scale

Technical & Tools

Strong familiarity with Jira as the central system for managing deployment and work tracking

Comfortable working within product-led or tech-enabled organizations

Understands how to support change programs and transformation initiatives from a systems/process perspective

Work Environment

Hybrid: 3 days onsite

Highly cross-functional role with broad stakeholder exposure
