Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Occupational Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Title Occupational Therapist (OT) Location Danville, IL / Arcola, IL (Split Facility Assignment) Schedule / Job Type Contract (14 Weeks) | Days | Full-Time | Onsite Key Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy services to patients across split facility locations Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to improve functional abilities Implement therapeutic interventions targeting activities of daily living, fine motor skills, and cognitive function Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility and regulatory standards Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning Required Qualifications Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Illinois Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program NBCOT certification (or eligibility) Ability to work across multiple facility locations as required Preferred Experience / Skills Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting Experience working in a float or multi-site therapy role Why Join Us Guaranteed hours provide stability and consistency throughout the duration of the contract Opportunity to gain diverse clinical experience across multiple care settings Concentric Healthcare Staffing Job ID 763801.
