About the team

You will join the JD Logistics team, where teamwork, initiative, and commitment to delivering quality results are valued in a dynamic and stimulating environment.

1. Planning and optimizing transportation processes: Plan transportation strategies based on company needs, optimizing end-to-end processes including collection, sorting, transit, and delivery of goods. Streamline routes to minimize returns, establish standardized operational procedures, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.

2. Managing carriers and resources: Evaluate and select high-quality carriers, implement performance evaluation systems, and oversee daily operations to address anomalies. Integrate and allocate transportation resources, develop new channels, optimize routes and capacity configurations, and ensure service quality and punctuality.

3. Monitoring operations and resolving issues: Monitor real-time transportation indicators (cost, efficiency, profits/losses) and set up risk alerts to quickly address anomalies. Analyze operational data to identify optimization opportunities, develop improvement plans, and ensure the stability of transportation operations.

4. Customer service and collaboration: Align with customer needs, manage end-to-end service cycles, and resolve complaints/claims. Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth transportation processes, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and experience.

5. Team management and capacity building: Define team objectives, delegate tasks, and provide training/guidance. Implement a talent development system to enhance professional skills and service consciousness of team members, ensuring effective execution and sustainable growth of transportation operations.
