Job Title

Travel RN – Medical Surgical / Observation

Location

Dickson, Tennessee

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | Days | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within a Medical Surgical / Observation unit
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes and communicating with the care team
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Educate patients and families on care procedures, discharge instructions, and health management

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical Surgical nursing
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts in a fast-paced acute care environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience
• Experience in an Observation unit setting
• Familiarity with HCA facility systems and workflows
