Senior Full Stack Developer

Salary: $110,000 - 140,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for a candidate with 5+ years of professional full stack development experience.
• We need deep, hands-on expertise in C#, React, ASP.NET Web API, PHP, AJAX, and SQL Server.
• Experience working in SOC 2 Type 2 certified environments and with HIPAA compliance is required; PCI compliance is a plus.
• Proven experience building and managing GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines from the ground up is expected.
• Strong background implementing automated testing frameworks aligned with industry best practices is required.
• We value a demonstrated ability to mentor developers with different skill levels and technical backgrounds.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools, or a strong willingness to adapt to them, is important.
• Prior experience in fintech, credit card personalization, or commercial print environments is highly desirable.

• We serve as the primary code reviewer across the organization, delivering thorough and constructive reviews.
• We review and safely integrate fast-moving code produced through AI-assisted development workflows while protecting architectural integrity and security.
• We mentor a legacy development team as they adopt new tools and processes.
• We establish and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and security best practices across all languages.
• We design, build, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines that reduce manual effort and support reliable deployments.
• We align our DevOps, CI/CD, and automation processes with industry standards.
• We introduce and implement automated testing frameworks for unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• We deploy, configure, and maintain applications in a Windows Server environment.
• We standardize environment configurations and help drive infrastructure-as-code and containerization where appropriate.
• We oversee the design, development, and maintenance of scalable applications across our full stack, including PHP/AJAX web apps, C#/.NET services and utilities, ASP.NET Web APIs, and React frontends.
• We work with the Director of Application Development to identify technical debt and plan strategic refactoring without disrupting business operations.
• We architect, refine, and manage SQL schemas, complex stored procedures, and high-performance queries.
• We troubleshoot and resolve software defects as needed.
• We create and maintain clear architecture diagrams, API documentation, and standard operating procedures.
• We develop and maintain guidance and context documentation for consistent AI coding tool output and agentic workflows.
• We ensure AI-generated logic and legacy black-box systems are well documented and understandable for the broader team.
• We direct, review, and approve end-user documentation and user guides for internally developed applications.
• We manage multiple concurrent software projects and communicate progress regularly to internal stakeholders.
• We scope, plan, and execute software projects with the Director of Application Development.
