Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by the physician Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate Assist with patient assessments and document findings in medical records Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and self-care techniques Maintain a clean and sterile environment in accordance with infection control protocols Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the facilities leadership Job Requirements: LPN license required Experience preferred Work Environment: In-person work at Inn at the Pines, Hiram, Ohio About Us: Come visit Inn at the Pines where "It’s all about living!"
