A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SERVER:

Our club in Midtown, Atlanta, GA is seeking to hire Servers. You quickly review the setup of your tables. Having a great eye for details, you also maintain your banquet or dining room area, as required. You provide outstanding food and beverage service to our members and their guests. Friendly and welcoming, you provide immediate service to all who have a need.

You are careful to keep your dining room and service pantry clean and organized. Taking pride in your areas, you are conscientious about adhering to health codes and cleaning procedures as well as completing side work. You enjoy having our beautiful grounds and facilities as a backdrop for your work and get great satisfaction out of helping our members and their guests have a great dining experience!

WORK SCHEDULE:

This position requires working variable shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age (to serve alcohol)
• Some High School attendance; Diploma or GED preferred
• The ability to read, write and execute basic math skills
• Some comparable wait-service experience
• Strong customer service and organizational skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must be able to work under dry, wet, hot, humid, and noisy conditions

Experience in a country club environment or other hospitality-type work experiences are highly desirable, but multiple factors will be taken into consideration.
