And above all, it means exceptional care, simply delivered — and we couldn't do it without you.The Ultrasound Technologist performs diagnostic ultrasound exams according to physician orders.Exceptional skills and qualifications:Exceptional communication and patient care skillsAptitude toward the team philosophyAbility to work independently without direct supervisionBasic computer skillsSterile procedureProvides correct patient identification, technique, education, instruction, and transportation, as necessaryServes as preceptor for imaging proceduresOperates all imaging and Doppler/duplex equipment with proper techniqueMeets all computer and documentation competenciesEducation: High School Diploma or GED requiredLicense Required: Current ARDMS Certification in Ultrasound (If hired without a license, ARDMS or ARRT(S) or CCI certification is required within 24 months of obtaining position)At Community Health Network, we build teams that deliver exceptional care through empathy, communication and collaboration.
