Position Type Part Time Pay Rate $20.60 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeSat12:00 AM - 08:00 AMSun12:00 AM - 08:00 AM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a healthcare location. Monitor front desk activity, greet and screen incoming visitors, verify access permissions, and help to deter unauthorized entry through professional presence and attention to site procedures. Respond to incidents, questions, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate with staff, residents, visitors, and/or emergency personnel as needed. Maintain awareness of lobby and entry areas, document routine activity and unusual events, and support access control, visitor management, and other front desk security-related responsibilities. Minimum Requirements A guard card and/or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
