Duties
Help
- Receive and store specialized materials, equipment and medical gases for a medical facility.
- Manage and dispose of hazardous waste and materials in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Inspect materials prior to receiving for safe handling of hazardous property.
- Maintain accountability of property until a determination is made for proper disposal.
- Utilize computer applications, such as, Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), Defense Medical Logistics Support Systems (DMLSS), word processing, spreadsheet, and database design systems to manage equipment and materials.
