Cybersecurity Lead

Overview Leidos is a FORTUNE 500 company delivering innovative technology solutions for national security, engineering, and health industries. The Digital Modernization Sector is seeking a Cybersecurity Lead to support the United States Army Pacific Enterprise Pacific IT C5 Solutions program at Ft. Shafter, HI. Primary Responsibilities Ensuring the resilience of IT systems and networks critical to Mission Partner’s mission, proactively addressing emerging cyber threats and vulnerabilities in the USINDOPACOM AOR. Monitoring and analyzing the security posture of networks, servers, endpoints, and other systems. Operational planning in support of training, exercises, operations, and coordination of integrated cyber operations by targeting hostile adversary activities and capabilities. Collaborating with senior leaders, mission partners, and stakeholders to shape cybersecurity strategies, policies, and solutions that enhance Mission Partner's ability to operate securely in a dynamic and contested environment. Basic Qualifications BS degree and 8–12 years of prior relevant experience. Possess a TS/SCI clearance with access to SCI based on a SSBI. Demonstrated advanced technical expertise or certification in accordance with DoD 8140.03. Desired Qualifications Minimum of ten years of experience integrating DoD and Mission Partner cybersecurity policies into IT projects. Minimum of five years of experience in the RMF process. Minimum of five years of experience managing cybersecurity at the program level, including planning, directing, and coordinating cybersecurity requirements for network and system administration. Demonstrated expertise in verbal and written communication, and ability to effectively articulate cybersecurity requirements to senior leadership at major command level and above. Pay and Benefits Pay Range: $107,900.00 – $195,050.00. Additional factors considered include responsibilities, education, experience, skills, and alignment with market data.
