CNC Setup Lead

Why Join Us Day shift schedule for better work‑life balance Competitive hourly pay (target range based on experience) Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with match Performance incentives and long‑term growth potential Stable, clean manufacturing environment working on advanced, high‑spec parts What You’ll Do Lead and support a team of approximately 10–15 machinists on the production floor Perform machine setups and assist with troubleshooting to maintain workflow efficiency Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and process requirements to guide production Ensure all parts meet strict dimensional requirements using precision measurement tools Promote a strong culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement Monitor production performance and help drive process consistency and output Qualifications Several years of CNC machining experience, including setup responsibilities Prior experience mentoring, training, or leading shop personnel Comfortable working with tight tolerances and highly detailed components Ability to read blueprints and apply geometric tolerancing concepts Strong understanding of inspection equipment (micrometers, calipers, indicators, etc.) Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and craftsmanship Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
