CMT - Certified Med Tech Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional, person-centered care to residents in accordance with their care plans.
Support seniors with activities of daily living (ADLs) in a respectful and caring manner.
Promote resident engagement and encourage social interaction for emotional wellness.
Accurately administer and document prescribed medications , under RN/LPN supervision.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and maintain accurate medical records.
Assist residents during mealtimes , including transporting and feeding as needed.
Perform frequent rounds, supervising CNAs , and providing direct care as necessary.
Report any health or behavioral changes to the nurse and assist with follow-up care .

Requirements for CMT - Certified Medication Technician:

Must hold a valid Missouri CMT Certification
Strong communication and observation skills
Experience in long-term care, assisted living, memory care, or skilled nursing preferred
Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
