Sr. Director Market and Pricing Strategy

Senior Director role responsible for obesity portfolio revenue targets, multi-year commercial strategy, and pricing across reimbursed channels. Requires direct accountability for access and pricing decisions while architecting the franchise's three-to-five-year strategic direction in partnership with global teams.
Responsibilities
- Own reimbursed-channel revenue targets across national, regional payers, employers, and health plans
- Develop pricing recommendations and customer value stories for retail, specialty, and wholesale pharmacy channels
- Lead Medicare, Medicaid, and government program engagement and strategy
- Build multi-year forecasts and lifecycle pricing strategy for new indications and brand extensions
- Partner with Global Commercial Development to translate pipeline strategy into executable US launch and long-range plans
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 12+ years in market access, payer strategy, pricing, or commercial portfolio strategy in pharma/biotech with direct revenue accountability
- Strong storytelling ability to translate product value propositions for customer decisions
- Experience building multi-year forecasts and long-range strategic plans
- Experience partnering with global or enterprise teams on pipeline and lifecycle strategy
- Leadership capabilities including peer influence, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration
- GLP-1 category or high-growth therapeutic area experience preferred
Compensation: $214,900–$358,100 base plus 22.5% bonus target and long-term equity incentives
